Rental agreement

Terms, in plain English

No hidden clauses and nothing written to catch you out. If any of it is unclear, call (210) 500-6129and we’ll explain it properly.

Rental period

Your rental starts the day the dumpster is delivered and finishes on the pickup date we agreed. Need longer? Tell us — extensions are usually fine subject to availability, and carry a small additional charge.

Delivery and placement

Tell us where you want it and we'll put it there. Clear directions matter: if the instructions send us to the wrong spot we can't take responsibility for what happens as a result.

Keep the area around the drop clear for both delivery and collection. If access is blocked or the container is overfilled and we can't take it, an additional charge may apply — we'll always tell you before it does.

Access on the day

Let us know when you're ready for collection. Keep driveways clear of parked cars and obstacles so the truck can get in. If we have to make a second trip because we couldn't reach it, a dry run fee of $85 applies.

Using the dumpster

The container is yours for the rental period for the materials listed below. Please don't move it once it's placed — if it needs to go somewhere else, call us and we'll shift it.

Fill to the rim and no higher. Debris hanging over the top can't travel safely, so an overload fee may apply along with a per-day charge until it can be collected.

Weight limits

Each size includes a set tonnage. A 15 yard includes 1.5 tons in most of our coverage (1 ton at the outer edge), and a 20 yard includes 2 tons.

Beyond that, an overweight charge of $100 per additional ton applies. We'll confirm the specifics for your address when you book, and we'd always rather flag a heavy load early than surprise you at the end.

What can and can't go in

General household waste, construction debris and yard waste are all fine. Hazardous materials, flammables, electronics and medical waste are not. Tires, appliances and heavy materials like dirt, concrete or brick need to be agreed with us beforehand — don't load them unannounced.

If something restricted does end up in the load, there may be an additional charge to deal with it. Ask first and we'll give you a straight answer.

Fees and payment

Providing your card authorises us to charge it for the rental, delivery and any additional fees that apply — including overweight loads, restricted materials, inaccessible drop or collection, or overfilling past the fill line. We'll keep you informed if any extra cost comes up.

Reserve with a debit or credit card, which we hold on file until the rental is settled. If you cancel, a cancellation fee of $85 applies; anything paid beyond that is refunded or held as credit against a future order.

Permits and permissions

Securing any permit or approval needed to place the dumpster is your responsibility — that includes city permits for public right-of-way placement and any homeowners' association approval. We're happy to drop wherever works for you, but the permissions need to be in place before we arrive.

For anything on public property requiring a permit, a new permit is needed for each job site or for any order that runs beyond the original timeframe.

Property and damage

We place and collect carefully. That said, if your driveway or lawn is marked because of where you asked us to put the container, that's difficult to avoid entirely — it's worth thinking about the surface when you choose the spot, and we're glad to talk through options beforehand.

If the dumpster itself is damaged beyond normal use during your rental, we'd ask you to cover the repair. Tell us straight away if something happens and we'll work it out with you. In the case of theft, vandalism or fire, we'll work together on the costs — simple steps like securing the area make a real difference.

General

These terms apply to all orders with us, regardless of price, payment method or address.

Everything here operates under Texas state law and any applicable local regulations.

Questions before you book?

Ask now rather than after. Most of what people worry about — access, weight, whether something is allowed — takes about a minute on the phone.
