What this site is for
Taylor & Taylor Solutions uses this website so neighbors and contractors can learn about dumpster rentals, check service areas, and book or contact us. We keep data collection minimal and purposeful.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, we may collect standard usage data — pages viewed, device type, and events like phone or booking clicks — to improve the site. We don’t sell that information.
Contact form
Messages you send through the contact form are used only to respond to your inquiry. Don’t put payment card numbers in the form — booking payments run through our secure booking portal.
Booking & customer portal
Online booking and the customer portal are provided by iCANS. Your account activity, payment, and rental details there are handled under iCANS’s own terms and privacy practices.
Reviews widget
Google reviews may display through an embedded Elfsight widget that loads content from Google. We don’t rewrite neighbor reviews, and we hide AI-generated review summaries.
Connecting a Google account (owner portal)
In the private owner portal, the business owner can connect their own Google account so the portal can show their Google Search Console and Google Analytics figures (both read-only) and, where enabled, help them post to their own Google Business Profile. We use this access only to display the owner their own data inside their portal and to publish content they approve to their own listing — never for anything else. We ask for read-only access wherever the feature allows, store the connection tokens encrypted, and never sell or share this data. The owner can disconnect at any time from the portal, which revokes our access.
Use of Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not let humans read it except with the owner’s explicit permission or where required for security or to comply with the law, and we never transfer or sell it.
