How pricing works

Address first.
No bait rates.

Your exact rate is set by the delivery address and how long you keep it. The 15 yard starts at $360 and the 20 yard at $430 — the booking form gives you the real number for your address before you pay. The 15 runs on 1, 3 or 7 day rentals; the 20 on 1 or 7.

Your delivery address sets the rate.

  • Priced per size, per address

The 20 yard costs more than the 15 and carries more weight with it. Size to the pile — an overstuffed 15 costs you an extra haul.

  • Weight included

Most areas include 1.5 tons. Some outer towns include 1 ton. Extra tons are $100 each.

  • Common extras

Extra day $50. Dry run $85. Mattress $50. Shown clearly when you book or call.

Job → size

  • Garage / attic cleanout

    Usually 15 yard

Most household junk and furniture fit a 15 without wasting space.

  • Bathroom or kitchen remodel

    Usually 15 yard

Cabinets, tile, drywall, and fixtures usually land in the 15.

  • Roofing tear-off

    Usually 15 yard

Shingles are heavy — a 15 keeps weight manageable for most homes.

  • Whole-home cleanout

    Usually 20 yard

Multiple rooms and bulky furniture need the extra height.

  • Construction / demo debris

    Usually 20 yard

Framing scraps, drywall, and mixed debris fill a 20 faster.

  • Estate or move-out clear

    Usually 20 yard

Volume adds up fast when you’re emptying a full house.

  • Private driveway — usually no permit
  • Street placement may need a city permit — ask before booking
